How it works

You buy a teardrop caravan from TownOut. When you are not using it, you make it available for rental through our network. We handle the bookings, the handover and the administration. You receive the rental income.

The numbers

Based on current rental demand, most owners recover their full investment within three years. After that, every rental is pure return on your caravan.

You are always in control

Block off the dates you want to use your caravan yourself. For the rest of the year, let it work for you. There is no minimum commitment and you can exit the programme at any time.
